After 20 years of earning a spot in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's Medallion Club Steve has earned a Life time Membership. Steve has extensive experience in every aspect of Real Estate including residential properties, raw land development, and condominium development.

 Steve has been an active member of the communityfor the past 26 years, he has coached hockey, baseball and been a past director of the local Rotary Club and a Paul Harris recipient. You can find him on Canada Day behind the microphone while he commentates the Sechelt Parade.

Tracy has over 25 years of proven success in marketing and customer service. Starting her Real Estate career with a large North Shore Real Estate Company her people skills and hard work ethic quickly moved her up the ladder.Tracyworked in all aspects of the administration offices; her final position was the Coordinator of Corporate operations which required her to work closely with over 300 REALTORS ®.  In 2006 Tracy decided to take her experience in the Real Estate world to a new level and became a licensed REALTOR ®, she combines her passion for people, her listening skills and her attention to detail to help make the home selling or purchase process as stress free as possible for her valued clients.

Tracy lived most of her life on the North Shore but fell in love with the Sunshine Coast and made the move to call Sechelt home in 2005. She is a proud member of the community and can be found enjoying the many pleasures that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. A member of the Sunshine Coast Women’s Hockey League, the Sunshine Coast Pickleball Association an avid golfer, paddle boarder, and boater. She can also be found co-commentating the Canada Parade in Sechelt with Steve.
