Biography

 

Steven Koss & Tracy Koss

 

 Steve moved out west 34 years ago and chose to call the Sunshine Coast home in 1990. After years of experience in the private business sector Steve became a licensed REALTOR®. With over 20 years of  marketing Real Estate and hundreds of  sales on the Sunshine Coast, including residential, commercial and raw land development. Steve's proven product knowledge, tough negotiating skills and open communication has made him one of the Sunshine Coasts most successful and respected REALTORS®.

 

Steve is an active member of the community, over the years he volunteered his time to coaching hockey and baseball teams, and former Director of  the local Rotary Club. Steve generosity and caring has also earned him Rotaries Paul Harris Award and hockeys coach of the year. As part of giving back he also donates a portion of his commissions from each sale to the "SUNSHINE KIDS" which is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing positive group activities and emotional support free of charge to young cancer patients.

 

As a top producer Steve is a member of the Diamond Master Medallion Club, which is accomplished by being one of the top REALTORS® in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, for over 15 years. He has been awarded the Century 21 Centurion Club, the Re/Max 100% Club, and the Prudential Realty Presidents Circle and the Chairman's Circle Gold, all of which are given only to those Real Estate Sales Associates who reach the highest of sales within the respective companies.  

 

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Tracy's family moved to North Vancouver back when she was a young child, she fell in love with the Sunshine Coast and made it home in 2005.  Tracy  became a licensed REALTOR® in 2006. Though newly licensed Real Estate has been apart of her life for many years, her father was a realtor and managed numerous Real Estate offices. Tracy began in Real Estate back in 1993 when she joined Prudential Sussex Realty working in the administration office. Tracy's people skills  and hard work ethic did not go unnoticed she soon held the title of Coordinator of Corporate Operations & Office Manager,  overseeing the needs of all 300 Real Estate Associates within the company as well as being a liaison with the companies franchises.

 

Tracy is also an active member of the community, whether it be helping out at the Sand Castle Completions or commentating the Canada Day Parade, she is always willing to help out.
